Infra Soft Net

Inside the report ledger

A practical walkthrough of how we inspect capacity, change, and incident signals before recommending an engagement.

Teams usually arrive with a pack that looks busy and a change queue that disagrees with it. The report ledger is how we decide whether you need a full Infrastructure Reporting Baseline, a narrower Metric Dictionary Mapping, or simply a clearer question.

We work from Kowloon City and remote sessions across Hong Kong. Reviews are consultative—no agents installed, no checkout, no pressure to buy a package on the call.

  1. Intake on the stuck pack

You name the report that keeps arguing with change tickets—weekly capacity, post-cutover utilisation, incident joins—and the charts you already trust (or do not).

  2. Signal inventory

We list counters, change windows, silent jobs, and joins across the infrastructure software that feeds that pack. Duplicate clocks and missing environment tags get written down, not waved away.

  3. Sample window

Together we pick a short live window—often one release or one busy week—and check whether the events can answer the question leadership is asking.

  4. Artefacts and next step

You leave with notes you own. If a deeper engagement fits, we point to the matching service brief. If not, we say so.
